About Us

PGAA Creative Design is a multidisciplinary design firm that offers services in environmental planning, urban design and landscape architecture. The scope and scale of project involvements of the company ranges from private estates, to large scale commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments. It has also extensive experience in campus planning, hotel and resort development, corporate and public plazas, public and private parks and botanic gardens, as well as central business districts and civic centers.

PGAA evolved from the original 1982 partnership, PDAA Partners Landscape Architects. This practice was co-founded by Paulo Alcazaren, and set a high standard for site planning and landscape architecture in the Philippines for over two decades, with a track record of close to 150 completed projects in a dozen countries in Asia, India, and the Middle East.

From 2004, the current practice, with Paulo Alcazaren as principal, has since expanded its scope of work to cover urban design, city and environmental planning, as well as master planning and detailed site design of large-scale, as well as specialty, boutique and eco-resorts. In the last dozen years, PGAA Creative Design has established a track record of over fifty projects in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. It continues to collaborate on projects with its affiliate in Singapore, PDAA Design Pte Ltd.
